Please be advised that the Canada Day Parade is scheduled for Saturday July 1, 2017 to begin at 11:00am at the Sorting Gap Marina moving west along Front Street, north onto Armit Avenue, west onto Church Street, ending at the Fort Frances Legion. It is expected to affect traffic on the previously mentioned roads for approximately one hour. Please be advised that the 100, 200 and 300 blocks of Scott Street will be closed on Thursday June 29, 2017 (rain day June 30) in order to facilitate "Mall Day" as organized by the Downtown BIA.

Town of Fort Frances Chief Fire Offiical has prohibited the burning of all brush & wood piles, fields, leaves and grass, within the Town of Fort Frances, from April 1 to October 31, 2017, which is official fire season.
The Town wishes to obtain proposal from an individual/firm to complete the annual crop maintenance on the Municipal Airport Property and the property known at 1003 Frog Creek Road.
