This form is for non-emergency Town services, such as when your recycling and garbage was not picked up, or you see water pooling on the road. For emergencies that require police, fire, or ambulance, please call 911.

This is not a complaint form. Any complaints about the work of municipal staff that are submitted through this platform will not be responded to. For customer complaints, please see our Customer Complaint Form.

Service Requests are monitored from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, excluding provincial and federal holidays. For water and sewer after-hour emergencies, please call 807-274-9516.
