Camping

-A +A

For the enthusiastic campers we have 18 campsites with hydro and water hook-ups.  The first six (6) campsites closest to the office have 30-amp service; the remaining 12 sites have 15-amp service. RVs 40 feet in length can be accommodated with ease.  To accommodate the tenters we have approximately 80 sites.

For health and safety reasons no open fires are allowed and all dogs must be on a leash within the park area. No dogs are permitted within the designated picnic areas during the months of June, July and August. Dog owners are also asked to be sure that dog excrement is picked up and placed in available containers

We are sorry but we do not accept reservations for campsites as the office within the parks will not be open until further notice. The park operates on the honour system. There are signs and a tag board on the office building with information on the system, registration procedure and fees. The campsite tag board sign will also assist in picking out the proper site for your power demands. A Town employee will check twice a daily to ensure that the honour system is working.
