REQUEST FOR PROPSAL

MUNICIPAL INSURANCE RFP NO. 2023-AF-02

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY shall be received by the Proposal System. Hardcopy submissions not permitted.

Firms are cautioned that the timing of their Proposal Submission is based on when the Proposal is RECEIVED by the Proposal System, not when a Proposal is submitted, as Proposal transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc.

For the above reasons, it is recommended that sufficient time to complete your Proposal Submission and to resolve any issues that may arise. The closing time and date shall be determined by the Tendering System’s web clock. Proposals must be received by:

After which time such proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at the Fort Frances Civic Centre, 320 Portage Avenue, Fort Frances, Ontario.

Firms should contact bids&tenders support listed below, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the closing time and date, if they encounter any problems. The Proposal System will send a confirmation email to the Firm advising that their Proposal was submitted successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact bids&tenders support at support@bidsandtenders.ca

Late Proposals are not permitted by the Proposal System.

To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via email regarding this Proposal, or If a Firm has obtained this Proposal Document from a third party, the onus is on the Firm to create a Proposal System Vendor account and register as a Plan Taker for the Proposal opportunity.

Lowest or any Proposal not necessarily accepted. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances (the “Town”) reserves the right to reject any or all Firms, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town, in its sole and unfettered discretion. Proposal award may have to be approved by Council. Please ensure all other documents are thoroughly reviewed for all terms, conditions and requirements.
