NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council has been called in accordance with the Procedural By-Law and the Municipal Act to be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday August 18, 2022 in the Council Chambers (Virtual) and in the Committee Room, located at 320 Portage Ave Fort Frances, ON for the purpose of a

  1. Report from the Integrity Commissioner and;
  2. A Closed Session relating to Point Park\RTR Litigation pursuant to Section 239 (2) (e)  litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or  local board of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended.
