CALL FOR TENDER

CEMETERY FLOWER PLANTING

Tenders must be obtained from the Town of Fort Frances Civic Centre, located at 320 Portage Avenue, Fort Frances. They must be submitted in duplicate, clearly marked "2025-OF-07” and enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed or delivered to:

on or before 2:00 p.m. Local Time, Tuesday,  May 6, 2025 after which time Tenders will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Committee Room, Fort Frances Civic Centre, 320 Portage Avenue, Fort Frances, Ontario. The lowest or any Tender is not necessarily accepted.  The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Town in its sole and unfettered discretion.  Accepted Tender must be approved by Council.
