Public Notice: Notice - Vacancy on Board / Committee

Applications are invited from qualified persons to serve on the Committee of Adjustment.  Term of office and tenure limits are set according to By-law 36/81.  Appointees to the above Board are to be residents of the Town of Fort Frances and are eligible to be a member of Council.

Application forms are available at the Civic Centre and will be received by Wednesday December 2, 2015.

Public Notice: Temporary Road Closure

In order to gain access necessary to complete work on a sewer main, the 200 Block of Scott Street shall be closed to through traffic on: Friday November 13, 2015 at 7:00 am to Sunday November 15, 2015 at 8:00 pm (inclusive) Pedestrian traffic is not affected. Large trucks are to utilize Front Street Truck Route. Traffic through intersections of Mowat and Portage are not affected.
