Educational Programs

The Fort Frances Museum offers curriculum-related Education Programs for school classes. Programs can include a video presentation, artifact discovery, or craft activity.

Project Petunia (Note: 2026 baskets sold out!)

Every spring, individuals, businesses, and organizations sponsor brightly coloured flower baskets and planters that line Kings Highway as part of Project Petunia. Project Petunia is part of an annual community beautification initiative that enhances our surroundings and makes Fort Frances and more vibrant place to live. Baskets can be sponsored on behalf of yourself, your business/organization, as a gift, or in honour/memorium of a loved one. Sponsor a basket for $60. More information please contact the Museum.
