Notice - Committee of Adjustment Meeting

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances will be held on Wednesday March 17, 2021 at 5:30 p.m., via teleconference (Dial 1-807-701-5975, Input Conference ID: 707 316 06#) to consider the following applications submitted under Section 45 and Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990, c. P.13, as amended:

File A1-2021 – 324 Victoria Avenue - This application is to request a minor variance to reduce the required parking spaces from 22 to 5 due to a change in property use.

File A2-2021 – 1425 Colonization Road West - This application is to request consent to sever part of 1425 Colonization Road West and add it to 1431 Colonization Road West.
