TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances will be held on Wednesday June 24, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., via teleconference (Dial 1-807-701-5975, Input Conference ID: 212 714 513#) to consider the following application submitted under Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990, c. P.13, as amended:

• File A3-2020 – 305 Kirsti Place - This is a minor variance application to request an increase in lot coverage from 40% to 42.1% for the construction of a 24’ by 32’ accessory building.
