Public Notice: Committee of Adjustment Meeting April 15, 2026 at 5:30pm

TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Committee of Adjustment for the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances will be held on Wednesday April 15, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the Committee Room of the Fort Frances Civic Centre to consider the following application submitted under Section 53 of the Planning Act, R.S.O.1990, c. P.13, as amended:

  • File A2-2026 – W1/2 OF SW1/4 SEC29 PCL9515: Corner of Eighth and McIrvine - This application is to request consent for severance of an approximately 200m x 400m portion of land (being 20 acres) from the southwestern quadrant of the parcel.

Any person may attend this meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of or in opposition to an application or be represented by counsel for that purpose.

If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Fort Frances Committee of Adjustment in respect of the proposed request for consent, you must make a written request to the Municipal Planner at the address below.

Additional information and material regarding this application is available for public inspection through various means of distribution on weekdays between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
