Public Notice: Closure of Mowat Avenue

NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that Bay City Contractors will be closing Mowat Avenue starting May 1 to restart construction with new curb and gutter being poured then asphalt in early June.

Bay City will be on site re-erecting their project signage in that area on Monday with the road closed to traffic later that day.

Interim Chief Rob started his employment with the Town of Fort Frances in 2011 and became Manager of Operations in 2016.

TOWN OF FORT FRANCES - Mayor and Council of the Town of Fort Frances announce the departure of Town Chief Administrative Officer, Faisal Anwar, effective March 30, 2023.  Mr. Anwar has fulfilled the role of CAO since August 2021. 
We thank him for his service and for his dedication to the Community, and we wish him every success in the future. 
An Interim CAO will be announced next week.
