The Administration & Finance Executive Committee has rescheduled their December 8 meeting to be held on Wednesday December 9 at 12noon in the Committee Room at the Civic Centre.
NOTICE - Special Committee of the Whole meeting
A special meeting of Committee of the Whole and Regular Council is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. Thursday December 1, 2015 in the Committee Room at the Civic Centre.
This meeting will enable Council to consider several in-camera items that require Council attention prior to the next Committee of the Whole and Regular Meeting.
Notice - Vacancy on Board / Committee
Applications are invited from qualified persons to serve on the Committee of Adjustment. Term of office and tenure limits are set according to By-law 36/81. Appointees to the above Board are to be residents of the Town of Fort Frances and are eligible to be a member of Council.
Application forms are available at the Civic Centre and will be received by Wednesday December 2, 2015.

The Committee of Adjustment will consider Application A7/2015 - 501 Third Street West for a minor variance at the regular meeting scheduled for Monday November 23, 2015 at 5:00pm in the Conference Room of the Memorial Sports Centre.

Temporary Road Closure
In order to gain access necessary to complete work on a sewer main, the 200 Block of Scott Street shall be closed to through traffic on: Friday November 13, 2015 at 7:00 am to Sunday November 15, 2015 at 8:00 pm (inclusive) Pedestrian traffic is not affected. Large trucks are to utilize Front Street Truck Route. Traffic through intersections of Mowat and Portage are not affected.

To ensure the safety of residents during the Demolition of the Rainy Lake Hotel the 200 Block of Scott Street will be closed to through traffic.
When: Friday October 16, 2015 at 7:00 am to Monday October 19, 2015 at 8:00 pm
Pedestrian traffic is not affected.
Large trucks are to utilize the Front Street Truck Route.

A special meeting of Committee of the Whole of Council is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Monday October 5, 2015 in the Committee Room at the Civic Centre.
At this meeting Council will further discuss an issue that is about an identifiable individual, therefore the majority of the meeting will be held in camera.

A special Committee of the Whole and Council meeting has been scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Monday August 31, 2015 in the Committee Room, Civic Centre.
Various Items that require Council's input prior to the next Regular Committee of the Whole and Council Meeting, will be considered.
