Temporary Road Closure
To accommodate the holding of the 'Canada Day Parade' on Friday July 1, 2016 between 10:00 a.m. and 12 noon the following route will be followed, therefore affecting traffic flow for that period of time.
Depart Sorting Gap Marina at 10:00 am travelling westward on Front Street, turning North on Armit Avenue and then West onto Church Avenue. The parade finishes at the Royal Canadian Legion by 12 noon.
Special Committee of the Whole Meeting
A special meeting of Committee of the Whole of Council is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday June 23, 2016 in the Committee Room at the Civic Centre.
At this meeting Council will further discuss an issue that is about an identifiable individual, therefore the majority of the meeting will be held in camera.
The agenda will be posted on the Town's website.
Temporary Road Closure
To accommodate the holding of the Business Improvement Area event 'Mall Day' the 100, 200 and 300 blocks of Scott Street shall be closed to through traffic on Thursday June 30, 2016 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Truck traffic should be utilizing the Truck Route.
Emergency Vehicle access lane is located on the north side of Scott Street.

Truck traffic should be utilizing the Truck Route.
Emergency vehicle access lane is located on the north side of Scott Street.

All items are offered for sale on an as is - where is basis and a complete list of items is available at the Reception Desk, Civic Centre.
Sealed bids clearly market 'Surplus Assets Sale' will be received until 2:00 pm local time on Tuesday June 28, 2016.

NOTICE - Regarding Approval of 2016 Budget
TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the requirements of By-law No 64/02, Council of the Corporation of the Town of Fort Frances at its meeting to be held on May 9, 2016 proposes to consider a by-law to adopt the Town's 2016 Budget.
The public is invited to attend this meeting and hear a presentation on the budget by administration and to make written or oral presentations of their own to Council either in support of or in opposition to the budget proposal.

A special meeting of Committee of the Whole of Council is scheduled for Monday April 4, 2016 at 4:00pm at the Civic Centre.
At this meeting Council will further review and discuss the 2016 Operating Budget.
