A special Committee of the Whole of Council meeting has been called on Wednesday June 12th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Committee Room at the Civic Centre.
At this meeting Council will further discuss litigation matters related to Agency One and a subsequent matter related to the security of the property of the municipality, therefore the majority of the meeting will be held in camera.

Take Notice that the Town of Fort Frances has declared the property legally described as Part of Lot 240, Town Plot of Alberton, Designated as Part 1 on Plan 48R-4544; Town of Fort Frances District of Rainy River and Lot 241 Town Plot Alberton Part 2 48R4544; Town of Fort Frances (Victoria Avenue Parking Lot) surplus to the needs of the municipality and further that Council has approved disposal of said property to be completed via direct sale.
